At EWO our premise is that people need a range of skills to successfully navigate this rapidly changing world. As more people go through higher education, organisations can afford to choose whom they think is best suited to their world of work. Excellent academic results are not a guarantee of success. They are an ‘entry ticket’ and yet many other factors come into play such as personality and character, ambition and drive, values and beliefs, passions and experience. At EWO we help people consider and understand these other factors – aspects of themselves that are not taught at school or university. In all our work we use this model of Six Signature Strengths.
