It’s hard to change when you don’t have something to hold on to. Our model of Six Signature Strengths gives people a structure they can work with to understand better who they are. At EWO our premise is that people need a range of skills to successfully navigate this rapidly changing world. As more people go through higher education, organisations can afford to choose whom they think is best suited to their world of work. Excellent academic results are not a guarantee of success. They are an ‘entry ticket’ and yet many other factors come into play such as personality and character, ambition and drive, values and beliefs, passions and experience. At EWO we help people consider and understand these other factors – aspects of themselves that are not taught at school or university. In all our work we use this model of Six Signature Strengths.

The other model we use is My Living Landscape.  This is a visual CV. We spend time helping you accumulate your strengths and qualities which, together, make you distinctive.  You then create an image within which you write and draw those strengths. This allows you to talk about a much richer range of skills, experience, personality traits, values, passions and ambition.  It means you can emphasise those strengths that are more important to you. You can cluster certain themes of strengths and indicate, if you can, what sits at the centre of your world – what drives you.  When you talk about your Living Landscape to others, you will find yourself using different language and describing your opportunities in a new way.)
